This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application “Soul Stone” (the “Service”) operated by the team “Soul Stone” (the “Team,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). It explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and the rights you have regarding your personal information.

1.1 Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum information necessary at the time it is required, and we use it strictly within the notified scope. We do not use it for other purposes or disclose it externally without prior consent.

We do not collect, store, or retain biometric information or face data. Images submitted for analysis are sent to our AI detection provider, StealCut Inc., and are used solely for automated image analysis. We do not store the images on our servers. Based on StealCut's published policy, images submitted through our app are processed on our behalf and are not used to train StealCut's models beyond the scope of the analysis.

1.2 Purposes of Use

We use collected personal information for:

1. Providing membership-based services and managing accounts.
2. Fulfilling contractual obligations relating to service provision.
3. Notifying Users of changes, updates, and important announcements.
4. Delivering services and personalized features, including recommendations and advertisements.
5. Identifying and authenticating Users.
6. Handling inquiries, complaints, and customer support.
7. Usage analysis, community improvements, recommendations, and prevention of illegal or fraudulent use.
